Discovering your truest, most beautiful self is challenging in a culture that tells you that you have to fit a certain mold. At The Beauty Project you are empowered to explore who you are at your core all while celebrating your natural and unique self expression! It is here at The Beauty Project, that we commit to cultivating harmony by blending inner and outer beauty and providing customized hair services for the everyday human. 

Who We Are: 

We are a team of passionate, dedicated, and mellow human beings that love providing hair services for our community. Kim and Jillian are committed leaders, creating a positive work environment. We encouraged work/life balance. Our space is nurturing, relaxing, refreshing, and empowering. We focus on having a positive, supportive, kind, uplifting, empathetic, and respectful salon space. We offer an above and beyond client experience and we strive to offer professionalism in every moment.

Open Hair Stylist Positions:
Booth Rental: full time $650/ month, or part time pay by day $35/ day

OR
Employee: W-2 Commission

Scheduling Options:
We are open for clients Monday - Saturday 9am- 6pm
*Evenings and Sundays by request & approval

We are looking for unique hairstylists who’s intention is to be a part of a salon team focused on sustainable salon practices, gender inclusivity and radical expression with a community impact and belief in social responsibility to do good.
